Upload Attachment (M2M)
Stream one end-user upload into private storage and create the attachment and its ingest job. The declared type must be an allowed image or PDF type and the size within its cap; the ingest job sniffs the bytes and decides the final type. With source=capture the file is a page picture taken by the widget for a page action: visitor uploads only, PNG, JPEG or WebP, at most 2 MiB. A body declaring more than the largest cap is refused before it is read, and a streamed body is refused as soon as its file passes the cap for its declared type.
