Release Attachments (M2M)

POST
/v1/bundler/attachments/release

Mark the attachments a finished run rendered as consumed, recording how each reached the model (delivered_as; the first non-null report is kept). Turn-retention attachments with no pending analysis expire; their objects are deleted by the attachment sweep. Without a conversation, each row's agent must be reachable by the token.
