Report Per-Leg Latency Samples (M2M)

POST
/v1/bundler/latency-samples

Record one voice session's measured time-to-first-byte per leg (stt/tts/realtime), reported by agent-runtime's LatencyObserver at session end. Authenticated with a BundleAccessToken; agent_id is cross-checked against the token's own scope. Only a sample whose (provider_id, model, kind) is one of that agent's own legs, read from its current voice configuration, is recorded; any other sample is accepted and ignored - telemetry never fails a session.
