Read Held Original (M2M)

POST
/v1/bundler/attachments/{attachment_id}/original

Stream the original upload to the visitor that sent it, so the widget can place it into a host-page file input. Served only while a pending page_attach_file action of its conversation holds it, and never for a page capture. A POST so the raw visitor key stays out of access-logged URLs.
