Load Workflow Run State (M2M)

GET
/v1/bundler/conversations/{conversation_id}/workflow-run

The run's checkpoint, the definition it executes and its full transcript, instruction rows included, so the runtime can resume it between messages. Authenticated with a run or deployment token whose scope covers the Conversation.
