Finalize Call Recording (M2M)

POST
/v1/bundler/conversations/{conversation_id}/recording/finalize

Hand over the runtime's per-track manifest and move the recording into assembly. Must precede the conversation's close call. Chunks stored above the size limit are dropped from the manifest and returned in rejected_chunks.
