Set Org Credential Assignment

/v1/organisations/{org_id}/resources/{resource_kind}/{resource_id}/assignment

Offer or mandate one of the organisation's credentials for a resource.

The scope is the organisation itself, so the assignment applies wherever a member of it resolves that resource - as opposed to a bundle-entry assignment, which applies to one entry of one bundle. Purpose is always RUNTIME here: a SYSTEM credential is the resource publisher's own and is set through the publishing surface, not by a consumer organisation.
