List Organisation MCPs
List the MCPs an organisation owns, uses in its bundles, or both.
Authorization: listings:read, the same bar as list_org_listings.
Owned covers every listing with this org_id, whatever its
visibility or status. Used covers listings the org's bundles reference
that it does not own, whether or not the entry needs a credential.
Each row carries the org's bundles that reference it and the org's
default runtime credential for it, so one request fills a table page.
