Export Conversations as CSV
The filtered, sorted list as a CSV of metadata only (no message
content), capped at INSIGHTS_REANALYSE_MAX_CONVERSATIONS rows.
Needs conversations:export in the workspace; which rows are exported
still follows conversations:read / conversations:read_all. The
call-metric columns need conversations:analytics and the
masked-frustration column voice_emotion:read.
