Search Voice Catalog
Enabled voices of the providers the caller can see: platform
providers plus those of the organisations the caller belongs to. A
provider_id the caller cannot see lists nothing. ids (repeatable)
narrows the result to those voices, so a client can resolve a saved
voice by id; a voice absent from that result is disabled, gone or not
visible to the caller.
