Unbind Credential
Unlink a credential from a deployment entry.
Authorization: the caller must be able to modify the deployment
(deployments:manage, or deployments:create on one they created).
Leaves the DeploymentCredential record in place but marks it
unconfigured, so the caller must either link a different credential or
write a raw credential value before the deployment is considered
healthy. A credential the caller explicitly saved is left untouched; a
provisional one is deleted once nothing else references it - see
BundleDeploymentProvider._cleanup_provisional_credential.
