Every MCP tool this agent can call, grouped by server.

Mounted under the app's /v1 prefix, so the full path is /v1/agents/{agent_id}/mcp-tools.

Authorized through AgentProvider.get_modifiable, the same helper the PATCH, DELETE and widget-key routes in this file use: the tool catalog serves the workflow editor, so it takes the right to modify the agent.

Filtered by each bundle entry's own allowed_tools with the same matches_pattern the bundler resolve path uses, so the editor can never offer a tool the deployment would refuse at run time.
